Green Eggs and Ham

So... today Mom and I decided to make green eggs and ham for dinner because we felt like celebrating St. Patrick's Day a little bit longer.

We got the idea from Audrey.  She came back from school obsessing about green eggs and ham.  So what better way to feed a kids curiosity than to make it for them.

It was yummy but we put a little too much food coloring in the eggs.  Other than that they were awesome.  I made mine into an green egg, ham, and cheese, sandwich. Yum!!!
